Bourgogne-Franche-Comté is accessible by road:
- Take the A6 from Paris. Plan 1h30 to reach Sens at the entrance of Île-de-France, 3h30 for Dijon, 4h15 for Besançon and 4h40 for Les Rousses near Switzerland.
- From Lyon, drive to Mâcon at the entrance of the region Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes in 1h via the A6. Plan 2h to reach Dijon on the A6. Finally you will need 2h30 to reach Besançon via the A42 then A40, A39 and A36.
- From Strasbourg, drive to Besançon on the A35 then the A36 in 2h30. For Dijon, plan 3h10 via the A35, A36 and A39.
